Arkansas Career Pathways is a new program that enables your local two year colleges to offer those who qualify free career training and college classes.In addition tothe Pathways program may be able to help you overcome the barriers that have kept you from getting the training and education you need. Pathways will help you learn how to fill out job applications,dress for an interview,or complete your GED requirements.You can also achieve higher levels of training that can help you get a better paying career like nursing,emergency medical technician,or medical transcription. In order to qualify to receive benefits you must meet the basic eligibility requirements that include: Must be a parent ,with children under age 21 living in your home,and you must be receiving Transitional Employment Assistance (TEA) now or have received TEA in the past,OR you must be receiving food stamps or Medicaid,OR you must have annual family income below 250% of federal poverty level(about $ 43,000 for a family of 3)
