Persons are transported in groups or individually as the need arises to the senior center, recreational and educational activities, medical facilities, Social Service and Social Security offices and for shopping needs. Staff members assist seniors in receiving benefits to which they are eligible by providing information regarding available programs and services. Medicare does not provide funding, but Medicaid may provide some assistance. Suggested donation levels have been established to help offset the cost of providing services. These donations stay at the senior center and are used to meet the budget needs of that particular program. ...(Read More)
